This website collects only what you choose to send us through the contact form, plus the ordinary technical logs any web host keeps. There are no advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, and we do not sell personal information. Patient data from practices that use PremNET Analytics never flows through this website at all.
What this policy covers
This policy covers premnetgroup.com, our marketing website. It does not cover the PremNET Analytics platform, which runs separately for each customer practice under its own subdomain. Data handled inside that platform — including protected health information — is governed by our agreements with each practice, including Business Associate Agreements, not by this policy. Practice and patient data is never collected, stored, or processed by this website.
What we collect
What you send us. If you submit the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, role, practice or company, email address, phone number, which practice management system you use, and your message. We use it to respond to you and to prepare for the conversation you asked for.
Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — used for security and to operate the site. We do not use them to identify or profile visitors.
What we deliberately don't collect. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own domain rather than from tracking-capable third-party services.
Please don't submit patient information through the contact form. If our work together involves protected health information, we set up a secure channel and the appropriate agreements first.
How we use it

- To keep ordinary business records of our correspondence
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who else touches it
Service providers that operate this site process data on our behalf:
- Netlify hosts the site and processes contact-form submissions
- Stripe handles invoice payment on its own pages — when you click "Pay an invoice" you leave this site, and Stripe's privacy policy governs what you enter there
- Our email provider, when we correspond with you
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Form submissions and the correspondence that follows are kept as ordinary business records for as long as they're relevant to the relationship. If you'd like what you sent us corrected or deleted, email info@premnetgroup.com and we'll take care of it.
Children
This site is for practice owners, administrators, and businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes won't apply retroactively to information collected under an older version.
